As ever here at What Makes Jeffy Run?, my job is to entertain and inform. Part of that means watching bad cable so you don't have to. If you've never seen an episode of E's hit show "Dr. 90210", here's the setup: Rich, handsome Beverly Hills plastic surgeon meets patients, and performs extensive plastic surgery procedures on them, all for the cameras, often in graphic detail.
